Policies for Next Generation Ministry

Our children are precious gifts from the Lord, and we want to be intentional both in discipling them and in creating a safe place for ministry and growth at Concord. With this in mind, we have developed two important policies that we require every Next Gen (children and youth) worker to review and sign.

In addition to our required background checks and annual in-house training, this annual review is designed to help our teachers focus on the task of ministry while equipping them to address issues should they arise. You can read both policies here.
